Abstract Guidelines

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The congress welcomes broad participation in the scientific program, in the form of posters concerning any aspects of diabetes mellitus.


Deadline for final version of abstract submission: April 15, 2018

Notification of acceptation/rejection will be sent to the submitting author by May 11, 2018.


Abstract submission is available only via the following on-line form.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail after submitting your abstract.
 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS

1) You may submit one abstract for poster presentation only.
2) Abstracts must be written in English.
3) Abstracts must not exceed two pages, should fit into A4 page, including Tables, Figures, list of cited literature, and acknowledgements. Please use Arial 12 pt fonts, all margins of 2,5 cm, single line spacing. 
4) Abstracts can be submitted in MS Word Document (.doc, .docx) or Rich Text File (.rtf) formats. The file name must include the author's last name. 
5) File size is limited to 5 Megabyte. Reduce the size of images, graphs etc. if your file size exceeds this limit.

 

6) Abstracts shall have the following structure: introduction (background/aims), methods, results and conclusion.
7) An image can be attached to the abstract. Please note that it may be printed in the Book of Abstracts in black and white only.

PUBLICATION OF SELECTED ABSTRACTS

Abstracts of accepted posters will be published in the Book of Abstracts and will be distributed to all congress participants. If you do not wish to publish your abstract, please notify the Secretariat before April 15, 2018.
